Ferazzoli S.p.A., diversified and independent investment holding, is a company under Italian law created in 2007, carries out financial activity. In the same year it received the favourable opinion by the Bank of Italy for the purpose of recognizing as a financial intermediary ex. art. 106 TUB.

It operates throught a portfolios of specialized vehicles and brings to the companies not only capitals but also know how. It favours the medium-large companies, but it invests also in companies in which it believes in, to go with them in their growth path.

Ferazzoli S.p.A. is active in private equity and investment banking sector, with particular reference to the corporate finance activities also throught the company FCL S.p.A. - Finanziaria Centro Lazio S.p.A..
